You should see an on-screen notification letting you know your licenses have been restored. From the main menu on your PlayStation 4, head to Settings. Wait for it to complete, then try downloading your Add ons again. 
From the Home screen, open the main Settings menu. If you’ve downloaded your DLC and restarted your PlayStation, but your game still isn’t picking up your DLC, try restoring your licenses: PlayStation 5 When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart your game. Relax with a drink or snack while you wait. This can take a few minutes or up to half an hour. Find your bonus or Premium content in the list and start the download. Scroll down to Playstation Store and open My Add ons. If you’re installing a Battlefield game and you have Premium, make sure you download your Premium pass too. You can download and install add ons you own here, or purchase ones you don’t already own. You’ll see all the add ons that are available for your game. In the Game Hub, scroll right to the Add ons section. Select Game Library to see a full list of your purchased games.
